ALL CAMPS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 PARTICIPANTS ENROLLED FOR THE CLASS TO RUN. Please feel free to email/call if you would like an enrollment update. PRIVATE LESSONS ARE GUARANTEED TO RUN REGARDLESS OF PARTICIPANTS.
Cancellations: Because of the extensive amount of planning and scheduling involved, we must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If for any reason you have to cancel your trip with us, you may be subject to cancellation fees and or forfeiture of your payment.
Our trips depart rain or shine.
- All of kids kayak camps require a 7 day cancellation notice. If we receive such notice, your deposit will be refunded minus a $20 per person cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations of less than 7 days. Please understand that by this time, we have already arranged for equipment and instructors for your group, and it is likely other customers were turned away because of your reservation. However, we understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances can occur. If some of your group must cancel due to an extenuating circumstance, please email a description of the circumstance to our river manager at email@example.com On a case by case basis, the manager may offer to reschedule or provide vouchers for a trip on a future date if the situation justifies it. Unfortunately no credit card or cash refunds may be given less than 30 days before your scheduled trip time regardless of the circumstances. No shows will be charged the full trip cost with no ability to reschedule.
If we have to cancel your reservation due to water conditions, extreme weather conditions, insufficient bookings or other conditions beyond our control, we will refund all monies paid to Alpine Kayak. We will not be held responsible for expenses incurred (travel, hotel, etc.) as a result of such cancellations.
We reserve the right to choose launch sites and take-outs, as well as craft type without notice based on river or weather conditions.
